Visiting our nursing homes – Updated 17th August 2020
Unfortunately, in line with guidance received from Birmingham’s Director of Public Health, we cannot currently allow any visitors to our nursing homes unless you are visiting residents receiving end-of-life care. Please speak to the General Manager of the nursing home if you have any questions.
New Resident Enquiries
Despite current circumstances, our care homes are still accepting new residents. Staff would be delighted to answer any queries you have by telephone or email, although it’s currently not possible to visit the homes in person. More information about becoming a resident at one of our homes is also available on our website.
Contacting Support Office
Although the BCOP support office is currently closed, with staff working from home, voicemail messages to our central office number are being picked up regularly and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
