Care Manager

Registered Nurses – Day & Night Shifts Available

Required for our care homes across Birmingham – Anita Stone Court in Moseley, Neville Williams House in Selly Park, and Robert Harvey House in Handsworth Wood

As a Registered Nurse at one of our nursing homes you will support the General Manager and Care Manager in providing leadership and direction to the care team and effective 24 hour management of the Home with the available resources.  You will have key responsibility for the quality of the standard of care documentation and for ensuring that residents receive the excellent standard of care BCOP nursing homes are renowned for.

  • Full time to be worked over 3 days, Monday – Sunday on a rota basis.
  • £17.00 p.h. plus reimbursement for NMC pin renewal, with an additional 10% for working weekends and bank holidays

Care Assistants – Day & Night Shifts Available

As a Care Assistant at one of our nursing homes you will be responsible for the care of residents and assessment of their needs under the supervision of a Trained Nurse, including assisting all residents with personal tasks as requested or required, such as washing, dressing, bathing, serving residents meals and assisting residents with feeding, while maintaining the residents’ dignity and feelings of wellbeing.

  • Full time to be worked over 3 days, Monday – Sunday on a rota basis.
  • £8.75 – £9.00 per hour dependent on qualifications, with an additional 10% for working weekends and bank holidays
